To enter via U.S. Mail: Complete an Official Summer To Savor Sweepstakes Entry Form (available while supplies last at participating retail locations and select Domaine Chandon events) or hand-print your full name, address, daytime and evening telephone numbers and age on a 3” x 5” piece of paper or card, insert your Entry Form or piece of paper/card in an envelope and send via U.S. Mail to: “Summer To Savor” Sweepstakes”, PO Box 9339, Garden City, NY 11530-9339. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2011 and received by September 9, 2011 or they will be disqualified. Limit one (1) Mail-in entry per outer envelope; however, each eligible Mail-In entry will be equal to one hundred (100) entries for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Entry Limit: One thousand (1,000) entries, regardless of entry method. Entries from the same individual or e-mail or household address received in excess of the limits stated herein will be automatically disqualified. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur, any omission, interruption, defect, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, postage due, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or mail. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions of entries or Entry Form will be accepted. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

3) WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 12, 2011 under the supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4) PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A three (3) day, two (2) night trip for two (2) persons to Napa Valley in California. Grand Prize includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) persons, rental car for three (3) days; double occupancy hotel accommodation for two (2) persons in Yountville, CA; one dinner for two (2) persons at étoile Restaurant and a VIP tour of Domaine Chandon vineyards. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $3,700. One (1) First Prize: A Grill Package from Sur La Table, consisting of 34 separate outdoor grilling essentials, which include a Weber Performer Grill, Himalayan Salt Plate, Adjustable Double Chicken Roaster, Grill Grids, Pans, Cast Iron Grill Humidifier, Grill Cleaning Brush, Spatula, Tongs, Skewers, Mesquite Chips, All Purpose Rub, BBQ Sauce, Etc.. ARV of First Prize: $977. Five (5) Second Prizes: Domaine Chandon Cookbook: Recipes from étoile Restaurant. ARV of Second Prizes: $40 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,877. Any expenses not explicitly listed herein, including any applicable tax on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with prize notification. Specifics of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if entire prize or a portion of the prize is unavailable. No barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner must complete travel on or before December 31, 2011 or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Travel reservations must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel companion (guest) must be 21 years of age or older and must travel together with winner on same itinerary, and sign a release of liability and publicity (unless prohibited by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. If the winner or guest is unable to participate or accept any portion of the prize package for any reason, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and guest other than to supply the stated prize minus the refused, unaccepted portion of the prize package. Winner and guests are responsible for all required travel documents and for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize travel documents/vouchers will be delivered by overnight delivery service and/or U.S. mail. Rental car agency will be selected by Sponsor at their sole discretion and usage of rental car is conditional upon winner meeting the terms and conditions of the rental car agency. If winner is not eligible to accept rental car, $250 will be substituted in lieu of rental.

First and Second Prizes will be shipped to confirmed winners within 6 to 8 weeks after winner verification process is completed.

5) ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open for participation in the United States only to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except residents of California, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the State of California and where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, including all applicable Alcohol Beverage Commission laws. Employees of Domaine Chandon, Sur La Table®, the Promotion Administrator, state alcohol beverage commission, alcoholic beverage manufacturers, distributors, retailers; and their respective parents (if any), companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, alcoholic beverage manufacturers, suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors or retailers and the immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings, children) or anyone who lives in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion.

6) GENERAL CONDITIONS: The laws of the United States govern this sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and independent judging organization, which are final and binding. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail, U.S. Mail and/or overnight delivery service and will be required to execute and return by overnight delivery service an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days following receipt of same. Non-compliance with this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, can disqualify, from this sweepstakes and any other sweepstakes conducted by Sponsor, any person who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify this contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if, in Sponsor's judgment, the sweepstakes is altered, corrupted or cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control.
