Prestige Tasting
etoile showcases the beauty that happens when our winemakers throw traditional winemaking requirements to the wind and make all of their grape, blending, and aging decisions instinctually, producing the finest sparkling wines in America. Price: $20 per person.

Reserve Tasting
This palate adventure includes samples of our voluptuous and creamy Reserve tier. These wines are aged a minimum of 3 years and are robust and complex. Price: $20 per person.

Classic Tasting
If you are a fan of fun, vibrant, fruit-forward wines, go straight for this fantastic selection of our four classic sparklers. Price: $18 per person.

Varietal Tasting
If you aren't familiar with our still wines from the acclaimed Carneros and Sonoma appellations, you can try three of our highly regarded wines in this tasting. Price: $22 per person.
