Asian-glazed Baby Back Ribs
Draw the revelers to your backyard soirée with the aroma of ribs wafting from your grill. For a deliciously unexpected twist, try our Asian-glazed ribs with fresh, grilled seasonal vegetables.

Preparation time: 6 hours
Ingredients
2 racks of baby back ribs
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
4 tablespoons grated ginger
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
2 tablespoons sugar
Cut ribs into lengths of 5-6 ribs.
Mix all ingredients together. Coat the ribs well with the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate for at least 6 hours.
Drain and reserve the marinade. Place the ribs on barbecue. Heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan over high heat. Simmer until it becomes syrupy. Toss the cooked ribs with thickened marinade and serve.
