3 red rose petals, rinsed well (or, buy organic)
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz Chandon Rosé
In a cocktail shaker combine the rose petals and simple syrup. Muddle to release the flavors of the rose petals. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain the contents into a tall flute and top with Chandon Rosé. Garnish with additional rose petals. Makes 1 cocktail.
