Chandon French 75
The French 75 is a potent little cocktail made with gin and named for a World War I French artillery gun. Here’s our creative take:
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 2 ounces Belvedere® Vodka and ice cubes. Shake to chill. Strain cocktail into Champagne flute and top with 5 ounces etoile Brut. Garnish with lemon twist.
