Chandon Spiced Apple Punch

Chandon Spiced Apple Punch

2 oz spiced simple syrup (1 cup water; 1 cup granulated sugar; 2 cinnamon sticks; 1 small piece nutmeg)
2 1/2 cups apple cider (unsweetened)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 oz honey
750ml (1 bottle) Chandon Brut Classic

Make the simple syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard the cinnamon and nutmeg.

Combine the apple cider, lemon juice, honey and spiced simple syrup a pitcher, dispenser or punch
bowl. Add the Brut and fill with ice. Serve.
