Chandon Ginger Peach Dream
Sweet, with a ginger kick, this easy cocktail is a dream to mix up and a fun alternative to the traditional bellini.
In a champagne flute, mix 1 oz fresh peach purée with the juice from half a lime. Top off with Chandon Extra-Dry Riche and stir to combine. Garnish with candied ginger on a pick. Makes 1 cocktail.
