Chandon Candy Cane

Chandon Candy Cane

1 oz Mint Simple Syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups loose fresh mint leaves)
3 oz Rose
Red decorative sugar (optional)

Make the simple syrup: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard mint leaves.
