Chandon Aviation Royale
The simplicity makes this drink elegant, the combination of flavors makes it unique.
Cocktail Recipe:
1/2 oz gin
1/3 oz Crème Yvette
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
dash of simple syrup
2 oz Chandon Rosé
Rose petals for garnish
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a flute or coupe and top with 2 oz Chandon Rosé.
