Direct Shipment Members (DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NY, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WV, WY): You will be charged on June 10 and your orders will be processed and then shipped on June 17.
Direct Shipment Members (AK, CA, CO, HI, ID, NM, NV, OR, VT, WA): You will be charged on June 10 and your orders will be processed and packaged to ship on June 17.
Winery Pick Up Members: You will be charged on June 10 and your order will be ready for pick up at the winery starting June 11.

*SHIPMENT DATE may be delayed during periods of extreme weather.
We monitor the weather prior to shipping club wines. To preserve the quality of the wines, when we notice extreme weather, we may hold your order until temperatures normalize. Wine will be shipped as soon as the weather becomes more temperate.
**If you have selected to pick up your wine club selections at the winery, they will be reserved for you at Domaine Chandon in the Wine Shop. An email will be sent to you each shipment month to notify you when they are available for pick up.
Winery Pick Up Policy: Wine selections not picked up within 60 days of billing month will automatically be shipped to the shipping address you provided. Your credit card on file will be charged applicable shipping and handling fees. As of January, 1 2010 we no longer accept substitution requests for wine club selections at the winery. Please request substitutions prior to the scheduled credit card charge date by contacting Club Chandon: clubchandonwine@chandon.com or call at 888-242-6366 Opt. 1.
***Club Price reflects the standard 20% Club Chandon discount. Members who have opted to have their shipments doubled will receive 30% off their entire shipment, unless a higher special discount is stated. Highest discount will always be applied.
